The meeting yesterday in Lexington was very insightful.  You presented points that we all take for granted but should not.  Not only should we (I) utilize these ideas with our customers but with our personnel contacts. 
 
I also liked the spreadsheet leading to the hourly charge for service.  I could have used this years ago.

It was the best class I have been too by far! You were able to keep mine and the remaining class members attention. The information you covered was more helpful to me as a contractor than the usual items other speakers use. You know when I go to a class I want to hear how I can become the best contractor I can be.  Well you made me feel like I have the tools & knowledge to be successful and that’s more than I have ever received out of any other speaker. I will be back to your class and I’m just like what you said yesterday . . .
