Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Private/contracted speeches or seminars require 50% downpayment prior to scheduling and balance due on date of event. There is no refund of the downpayment if your event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date. Should you have any questions, call 888-538-5383 or 502-762-0061. All seminars subject to reschedule or cancellation. In the event of reschedule or cancellation by The Training Source, 100% of fees will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by the attendee, 100% will be refunded if we are contacted at least 7 days prior. Otherwise no refund will be issued. If you fail to notify us of a request for a schedule change at least 7 days in advance, you will be assessed a $50 rescheduling fee. If you fail to show up, you are still responsible for full payment.
